Bryant G. Granger (August 15, 1862 – October 30, 1892) served as the County Clerk of the Circuit Court in Arcadia, DeSoto County, Florida, beginning January 1, 1889 [desoto-officials-directory]. In this official capacity, he received and recorded the original September 1889 town plat of Avon Park.

He was married to Fannie I. Johnson (1865–1895) and had a daughter, J. Floyd Granger (1884–1908), who later married Jerome Fugate in DeSoto County [granger-family-history]. He was also a foundational member of the local Episcopal community in Arcadia, named in the 1930 Florida Supreme Court case Montgomery et al. v. Carlton et al. as one of the original trustees who accepted a December 1890 deed of trust for land intended for the Trinity Church Arcadia Mission [montgomery-v-carlton-1930].

Granger died in office at the age of thirty and is buried alongside his wife and infant daughter Ethel at the Fort Ogden Cemetery in DeSoto County [fort-ogden-cemetery-records].
