Giving in honor or in memory of someone

A memorial donation is a meaningful way to honor someone’s life while helping preserve Avon Park’s history for future generations. The names of those honored are engraved on a memorial plaque in the main room of the museum. Gifts can be made in loving memory of any individual, or in memory of Jim Pollard, former president of the Avon Park Historical Society, whose dedication and passion for preserving our city’s heritage continue to inspire our work today.
