What the picture shows

The Brickell Building seen across the Mall: two stories of polychrome brick in seven bays, the first, third, fifth and seventh carried up as oriel projections, a broken swan’s-neck pediment over the center, and shopfronts along the ground floor. It is the building William J. Heim designed from Pittsburgh for E. M. Brickell and then moved to Avon Park to occupy, and the one whose second-floor auditorium held the town council, the lodges and the dances.
